We do not offer returns or refunds, but exchanges and corrections are possible in the following cases:

If a spelling mistake occurs due to our error:
- Minor errors will be corrected on the same product.
- Major errors will result in an exchange for a corrected product.
If a size issue arises due to our mistake:
- If the product can be altered to your required size, it will be corrected. (e.g., you ordered a Small, and we mistakenly sent a Medium—this can be altered).
- However, if the size cannot be adjusted (e.g., you ordered a Small, but we mistakenly sent an XS), the product will be exchanged, and a new one will be sent within 7 working days.

Note: Delivery charges will be borne by the customer in all cases.

The embroidery will be done exactly as written in the specified section.
Please ensure all spellings, font, symbols, and capitalization (uppercase/lowercase letters) are correct before submission.
The embroidery color will remain consistent for the name or any additional text.
By default, embroidery is placed on the left side of lab coats and scrubs.
An additional charge of Rs. 100 will apply for embroidery on both sides.
